Guest Lecture on Business Digitalization: Strengthening Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises through Grassroots-Based Solutions
The Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri, will organize a Guest Lecture for the Business Digitalization course as part of its commitment to enriching students’ academic learning through engagement with practitioners and local government institutions.
The guest lecture will address the theme:
“Business Digitalization for Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises: Exploring Grassroots Challenges and Formulating Strategic Solutions in Kediri City”
The session will feature the Head of the Office of Cooperatives, Micro Enterprises, and Manpower of Kediri City as the guest speaker. Through this academic forum, students are expected to gain practical insights into the current development of digitalization among cooperatives and micro enterprises, including challenges encountered at the grassroots level and potential strategies that can be developed collaboratively.
The event is designed not only as a learning activity but also as a forum for academic dialogue and knowledge sharing between local government, academics, and students. It is expected to broaden students’ perspectives and strengthen their ability to identify real-world business digitalization issues and formulate relevant, contextual, and strategic solutions.

Through this guest lecture, the Management Study Program continues to promote contextual, collaborative, and practice-oriented learning, enabling students to connect theoretical knowledge with contemporary developments in business, cooperatives, micro enterprises, and digital transformation.
